Set of early in the morning travelling to Kandy via Dambulla. Dambulla rock and cave temple which date back sates to the 1st century. The Dambulla temple is the largest collection of Buddha statues in one place. Next visiting to spice garden in Matale.
Kandy is the last kingdom of the Sri Lankan kings. Visiting to the most significant value to the Buddhists of Sri Lanka the Tooth Relic Temple and in the evening can watch cultural dance. Spend the rest of your day relaxing by the hotel pool.
After breakfast you will be transferred to Kitulgala. Embark on an adrenaline fuelled adventure down the rapids of the Kelani River. This short but exhilarating excursion is level 03 white water rafting. After lunch proceed to Nuwara Eliya, this drive takes through the scenic country side. On the way can have a brief insight into how the world famous Ceylon Tea is created at a tea factory and plantation site. In the afternoon take a tour of the colonial town of Nuwara Eliya.
Early morning excursion to Horton Plains with a packed breakfast where you can take a short trek to the beautiful Bakers Falls and the magnificent World’s End. The landscapes of high, misty plateau, up to 2400m above sea level, combining mountain grassland.
After trek, head to the Ella area. Overnight stay at Ella.
After breakfast conduct a walking tour though village, tea plantation, vegetable grow, paddy fields, river including a visit to the Ella rock. In the evening go to watch nine arch bridge. Enjoy the dinner at world famous chill restaurant.
Leave after an early breakfast to Udawalawa. On the way visit to see Ella gap & Rawana waterfall.
After lunch conduct an evening Jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park. Surrounded by mountain ranges, the terrain of the park is a mixture of grassland, shrub jungle, wild teak plantations and two important factors which make this park special - the large Udawalewe Reservoir and the Walewe River, which ensure a supply of water for the fauna within. Popular for its elephant, crocodile and deer. Overnight stay at Udawalawa.
After the breakfast visit to “Ath Athuru Sewana”. Then straightway to Tissamaharama. Arrive at the campsite located inside the Yala National Park in time for lunch. Popular for its Elephant and Leopard sightings, catch a glimpse of these creatures roaming the wild. Take an evening safari of Yala National Park to track the Sri Lanka Leopard, Elephant, Sloth Bear and many other exciting species of wildlife. Overnight spend the rest at Tissa.
Leave Tissa, en route to Mirissa. Visit salt farm in Hambantota & light house in Dondra town. Overnight stay at Mirissa.
In the morning setting off a “wales watching travel” to watch Dolphins & Blue Wales. The afternoon to take a tour to Galle Dutch Fort after the sea food lunch. Then proceed Bentota & spend the rest of the day relaxing.
